Sarah Rosenberg is the Executive Director of With You We Can and a nationally recognised advocate for justice system reform. Her work sits at the intersection of lived experience and legal and policy change, with a focus on addressing the self-defeating design of a justice system that relies on victim participation while systematically undermining it.

Since 2023, Sarah has been at the forefront of the push for independent legal representation (ILR) for victims of sexual violence, helping to build the public, political, and policy momentum required to move the reform from concept to practice. Her strategic advocacy has shaped the rollout of ILR pilots across every Australian state and territory, reflecting a substantive shift to how power is allocated within justice processes.

Sarah is the author of What No One Told Us, a landmark whitepaper that drew national attention to the role of legal illiteracy in justice failure. Through media, system navigation tools, and lived-experience-led advocacy, she is working to build a legal system that informs, protects, and meaningfully represents the people it serves.
